|Title:||Staffing Coordinator |
DescriptionPrimary purpose of job position is to provide adequate staffing for the nursing department, and perform assigned administrative duties.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Selects and schedules nursing staff
-successfully balance nursing staff workload in field by adjusting schedules and changing work assignments as needed.
-Ability to successfully interact with staff in face to face situations as well as by telephone.
-Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and present a positive image.
-Data entry required.
-Problem solving abilities and positive interpersonal communication skills are essential.
-Communicates with ADON/supervisor schedule and/or personnel changes. Notify HR as needed.
-Assists with on boarding as needed.
-Maintains neat, clean work environment.
Graduate of an accredited high school, or equivalent.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Dynamic, energetic, upbeat and approachable,
Must possess clerical skills, i.e., writing, filing, typing, and the ability to be trained in basic computer usage. Strong analytical, problem-resolution, decision-making skills coupled with results orientation
